The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of nearby tourist destinations within walking distance. The room and bathroom were comfortable and decently equipped. The breakfast was also enjoyable with a good selection of food. The staff were generally friendly and helpful when needed.
There was a lack of attention to detail by the reception staff which led to a lot of confusion and inconvenience for our stay.

Convenient location with great view, tasty breakfast with plenty of choices and friendly staff. Spacious and clean room with comfortable bed and good shower. The neighborhood is safe, with easy access to public transport, restaurants and shops. Would definitely consider staying again for the value and experience.

We loved the hotel's location, right across the street from the royal palace and close to the main tourist attractions. We could easily walk to the nearest metro station and access transportation. The cleanliness impressed us, and the hotel facilities included comfortable beds and a great view from the window. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent service.

Good location, walking distance to many attractions. The room was quiet and clean. We had an issue with our bathroom, but the staff were quick to resolve it. Breakfast was satisfying, with plenty of options. a great stay, would recommend.

The room was comfortable, quiet, and had a great view. The staff was helpful, guiding me to the nearest PCR test site and assisting with travel documents. I appreciated the early check-in and the convenience of storing my luggage on the last day. The continental breakfast was served until late morning, perfect for late risers like me. The location was convenient, with easy access to metro stations and just a short walk to the city center.

This hotel is a fantastic value for money. The prices are very reasonable considering its prime location close to the main attractions in the city. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are well-maintained with beautiful views over the palace and the Sabatini gardens. The interior decor is lovely, and the breakfast area offers a breathtaking view of the palace as requested and is included in the stay.
All was in perfect order, nothing to complain about.
